Dreamband

Fall asleep to your podcast, not your to-do list.

It's 11pm. The day is over, but your brain didn't get the memo. Pull on the Dreamband, pair it with your phone, and let rain sounds or a slow podcast take the next shift. Soft fabric sits over your ears with flat speakers tucked inside, so there's nothing hard pressing in.

Part of Snugglet Night Shift, for the brain that won't switch off.

No. It plays your own sound, like rain, white noise or a podcast, through flat speakers inside a soft headband. Steady background sound can make a snoring partner or a noisy street easier to tune out, but it won't block every sound.

Yes, that's what it's made for. The speakers are thin and sit inside the fabric, so there's no earbud pushing into your ear. Slide the band until the speakers sit over your ears and it feels snug but comfortable.

Find the small slit on the inside of the band and slide the flat speakers and control panel out. Then hand-wash the band or put it on a gentle machine cycle. Let it dry fully before you slide the electronics back in.

The band is elastic, about 50 cm (19.5–20 in) around before stretching, and it stretches to about 70 cm (27–28 in). That covers most adult heads, and it can sit lower over the eyes or higher like a headband.
