Free shipping on orders over $60

Orders of $60 or more ship free, with tracking. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $9.99. Every gift set ships free.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

Processing time

Every order ships in 1 to 3 business days. We email you the tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering by November 24.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are paid by the recipient unless checkout shows they are included.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages on slightly different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Delivery problems

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@joinsquareup.com and we'll make it right.
