If it isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or faulty? Send a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back. Changed your mind? Most plug into any USB port: a laptop, a phone wall charger or a power bank. The Moon Belt, Bun Warmer and Pup Warmer are rechargeable, so you can unplug them and take them with you.

Yes. Our USB warmers run on any standard 5V USB port. Some laptops switch their USB ports off when they sleep, so a phone wall charger gives the steadiest warmth. Wall adapters aren't included.

Care is different for each piece, so every product page lists it under The details. For example, the Paw Warmer's plush cover comes off completely for washing.
